The Wind Breaker

The Pavilion was constructed with the purpose to provide the community the ability to use the environment that it creates on a daily basis in various ways, being a place to contemplate the view, meditate or even to provide shelter for those who wish a quiet place that could break the noise of the wind to talk on the phone or even set the camera to take a picture of the surrounding environment.
